1. Digital Products
Refunds:
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once you have gained access to the digital product, we are unable to offer refunds. This includes downloadable software, firmware, or any other digital files.
Exceptions:
In the unlikely event that:
- The digital product is faulty or not as described.
- You have not received the product due to system errors on our end.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
2. Electronic Goods
Returns:
We accept returns of electronic goods under the following conditions:
- The product is unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 14 days of delivery.
- The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Refunds for Electronic Goods:

3. Shipping for Returns
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the product is defective or not as described. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
