User Agreement

The agreement between you and DeceptionDMA when you buy, download or use anything we sell.

Effective

This agreement sets out the terms on which DeceptionDMA supplies its products and services. By creating an account, placing an order, downloading a loader or using anything we provide, you accept it in full. If you do not accept it, do not use the service.

It replaces the Terms & Conditions and Terms of Service previously published on this site.

1. Who we are and what this covers

DeceptionDMA sells DMA hardware, firmware, and software licence keys — including our MultiLoader — through deception.gg.

"Products" means everything we supply: the hardware, the firmware, the loaders and the keys. "Service" means the website, the account area, support and delivery.

2. What we sell

  • Digital products are licence keys and loaders, delivered through your account and by email.
  • Physical products are hardware shipped to the address you give at checkout. Some are dispatched from our supplier overseas, which affects delivery times.

Digital products are delivered as described on their product page. Where features differ between games or between releases, the product page and the loader menu are the description — not marketing material elsewhere.

We do not sell exclusivity. Other people may use the same products, and the same information may exist elsewhere. What you are paying for is the product itself, our delivery, our updates and our support.

3. Eligibility and your account

You must be 18 or over, and legally able to enter into this agreement where you live.

You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for everything done through your account. Accounts are personal: they may not be shared, sold or transferred. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.

You can delete your account from its settings. See section 13.

4. How the products may be used

Our products are for offline single-player use and private LAN play with people who consent to it.

They are not intended, and not authorised, for online multiplayer, public servers, matchmaking or ranked play. Using them there is a breach of this agreement, and of the game's own terms.

If you use a product online, the consequences — including bans, hardware blocks or account actions — are yours. We do not provide anything intended to avoid detection online, and we do not support that use.

5. Licence and intellectual property

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the products you buy, for as long as your access lasts.

You may not copy, resell, share, crack, reverse engineer, bypass licensing or hardware checks, or redistribute any part of the products. The loaders, firmware and keys remain our property or that of our licensors; buying one buys you the right to use it, not ownership of it.

Breaking this section can end your access without refund, subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

6. Payment

Prices are shown in USD. Payment is taken through the provider you choose at checkout, and their terms also apply to that payment.

Prices, products and availability can change. What you pay is the price shown when you order.

We may refuse or cancel an order where we suspect fraud, misuse, or that the order would breach a payment provider's rules. If we cancel an order you have paid for and nothing has been delivered, you get that money back.

7. Refunds

This section works with our Refund Policy and with the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing here removes a remedy you are entitled to under that law.

  • If a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee — it does not work, does not match its description, or is not fit for the purpose we described — you are entitled to a remedy: repair, replacement or refund, and your choice where the failure is major.
  • Beyond that, sales are final. We do not refund for change of mind, a wrong selection, a system that does not meet the published requirements, or a ban caused by using the product outside section 4.
  • Unactivated subscriptions can be exchanged for equal or lower value. Upgrades and downgrades after purchase are not available.
  • "Lifetime" access means for as long as that product exists. If we discontinue it, no compensation is payable beyond what the law requires.

Ask through a support ticket or at [email protected], with the order number and what went wrong. Where a refund is agreed, it is paid to the original payment method within 14 days.

8. Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a payment dispute. We will always try to resolve it directly, and a refund we agree is faster than a chargeback for you.

A chargeback for an order we can show was delivered and worked will be answered with the delivery, key and usage records. An account used to make a bad-faith dispute may be closed.

9. Delivery

Digital products are delivered to your account and by email once payment is confirmed, usually within minutes.

Physical products are shipped to the address you provide. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees — customs, couriers and international dispatch can all add time. Risk of loss passes to you on dispatch, which does not remove your rights if a delivery fails; it means we investigate with the carrier.

10. Restricting access

We may suspend or close an account, or refuse service, if:

  • you breach this agreement or the Refund Policy
  • we detect fraud, chargeback abuse, key sharing or licence circumvention
  • we are required to by law, or by a payment provider's rules
  • your use creates a risk to the service, to other customers, or to our payment processing

Where we close an account for a breach, access ends without refund, subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Obligations that arose before closure — such as payment for an order already placed — continue to apply.

11. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service running and the products updated, but we do not guarantee uptime, that any specific feature will keep working, or that a product will be updated forever. Features can change as games and hardware change.

This section does not limit the consumer guarantees described in section 7.

12. Liability

Nothing in this agreement excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.

Subject to that:

  • The products are supplied as described on their product pages, without other promises about results, performance or outcomes.
  • We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect or consequential loss.
  • We are not liable for bans, suspensions or other action taken by a game publisher or platform, particularly where the product was used outside section 4.
  • Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to it.

You are responsible for how you use what you buy, and for complying with the law where you live.

13. Deleting your account

You can schedule deletion from your account settings at any time:

  • new orders are blocked immediately
  • nothing is removed for 30 days, and signing in during that window lets you keep the account
  • after 30 days the account and its personal information are deleted; order records are kept only as accounting records, detached from you

Keys already issued stay valid after the account is gone.

14. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why, who processes it, how long we keep it and what you can ask us to do with it. It forms part of this agreement.

15. Changes to this agreement

We may update this agreement. The current version is always at this address, with the date at the top.

If a change materially affects your rights, we will tell account holders by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated agreement.
